Poster preparation
We arrange a board (120cm width and 180cm length) for one abstract registration.
You should display your material during 14:00 on May 24 until 13:00 on
May 25 by yourself. We arrange the goods, such as pin, glue, seal, and
stationeries to be required.
Presentation
You can present your poster in the following manner.
Presentation place: In front of your poster in the Exhibition Hall (1F)
Presentation Time: May 25. 14:30-15:30 for the posters which poster end
number is odd (Ex: 2-P-21). 15:30-16:30 for the posters which poster end
number is even (Ex:1-P-12) During the time, you have a chance to explain
you poster and questions & answers.
